Pieces are microwave safe unless specified. Please use caution in handling hot ceramic items.
It's important to avoid subjecting pieces to sudden temperature changes.

HST is not included in prices posted.
Shipping available within Canada only.
The shop offers a $15 Canada wide flat rate and you will most likely receive your order in 2-7 business days.
With local pick-up and delivery you will be contacted by email to arrange the most convenient date and time to recieve your order.
SAM Ceramics reuses boxes and packing materials so you may notice odd and inventive packaging that secures your items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition. Any new shipping materials are sourced from recycled or recyclable materials.
Receiving
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival so in the extremely rare event that any damage has occurred during transit please use the contact form and receive a replacement item or refund if one is not available. A photo showing the damaged item is required and must be sent within 3 days of delivery.
